SALON POLICY

BOOKING DEPOSITS

A $100 refundable booking deposit is required for all new clients to secure your appointment. You will receive a link to our secure portal to make payment.

Your reservation will not be secured until we have received your deposit. 

All deposits are non-refundable if you cancel within 72hours prior your appointment.

For a Colour Correction service a $100 non refundable deposit is required.

Your deposit will be deducted from final bill on the day of your appointment

72 HOUR CANCELLATION POLICY

A cancellation fee of $100 will apply for appointments cancelled within 72 hours of appointment or failure to attend.

Please understand that when you forget or cancel your appointment without giving enough notice, we miss the opportunity to contact a client on our waiting list and fill the time slot. We send out confirmation texts 72hrs prior your appointment

LATE POLICY

We have a 15 minute grace period with appointment times. You will be charged a cancellation fee if you arrive 15+ minutes late and will need to re-book a new appointment
